Xplor Feature Requests

Enable staff sign in to the hub, without having to be rostered on. We dont use the Xplor rostering system, but would like staff to be able to sign in and out to help with emergency drills etc.

When sending Comms to parents it would be nice to be able to send it to parent with bookings on a certain date ie next Tuesday because we have an excursion. Because we are an OSHC we have children booking into multiple rooms and therefore are unable to use Children -> Room to filter when choosing children. Our only option is to individually select the children which could be upt to 120 children.

Xplor have some great filter options in office for the Master Roll however none of these filters are in Playground. In our service, management and administrators have access to office but all other educators who are doing food prep, first aid and signing in children only have access to the playground app. It would be amazing if some of these filters were applicable in the playground app to assist staff in finding dietary requirements easily, children with Asthma easily (for smoky and back burning days) and most importantly, being able to filter the attendance roll by grades to assist with signing in children quickly. As a service that caters for up to 300 children, and having to sign these children in in under 15min, this feature would be an absolute game changer.

It would be amazing if it could automatically update the grade the child would be in for the following year, it is very time consuming doing every child at the end/beginning of each year.

Notification of capacity reached for future sessions when entering in reoccurring booking schedules. Ability to override notification or remove those dates that breach capacity. A list then provided of dates not able to be booked and an option to add those to a booking waitlist. At the time of entering the bookings capacity may be ok but it is hard to see capacity for a long time in the future without checking numbers each week by week for the whole year. Context - OOSH service (90 place) with waitlists on only some sessions.

For educators to have the ability to sort children by class in the Xplor Playground App. This would be especially helpful for large OSHC services who need to sign large groups of children in by classes. It is less time-consuming than searching each child's name, or for scrolling through names to find the correct child.

Make a seperate Access to medical history like asthma , allery or Anaphyaxis for a day and a week so we can prepare in advance and can printout early.

Parent Contacts - Signing In & Out - Process Streamlined

When expired attachments have been tended to, it would be great to be able to archive these, so that they remain in the system (for evidence) but out of the way, so it is easier to see what attachments are current/next to expire.

When uploading paperwork on behalf of families, we set an expiration date (IE, medication). We then get notified when this is close to expiring and it is red flagged when it has expired. It would be handy and free up alot of office time, if this same notification was sent out to families; informing them of their child/rens upcoming/expired dates.
