Add children to the roll through playground app without needing to sign them in so that after school care staff know the child is coming but sign them in later upon arrival

Raised in May 2023 and still not resolved. Parents are confused and staff are too. We need to record what time children started lying down to rest and when they fall asleep. But the system doesn’t allow that, we have to click resting then wake up, then click sleeping, then wake up. That doesn’t make sense at all.

The Bug is creating a different Educators Name as the Author to the to educator who originally created the post - we have reinstalled the app to fix it but it has happened to more than one of our educators.

Since your latest big update uploading documentation to families has become an absolute nightmare. Our educators are trying so hard to do their jobs but when they hit share with families everything is lost and unable to be recovered. Please fix this issue!

Playground is duplicating Incident Reports in the System and I have just been advised that only an Xplor Employee can delete these if I send through a detailed list of all of the dates names etc. No one has time to do this and it would be easier if Xplor fixed this error or would give centers admins the functionality to delete from our end

A feature on the Xplor Playground App (Educator's Login) is "Notification." When clicked on, that tab shows "all" the notifications from educators and parents. However, when the educator clicks on the "notification" or "comment," it does not do anything. It freezes. Before the new updates, educators were able to click on a notification or comment, which would show the actual comment or bring the educator to that particular comment/alert or notification. So, could you please activate that "linking" function? It would make the educator's job easier to read those comments and notifications rather than scrolling down through so many posts to get to them.

Please have medications listed in the enrolment form and child profiles show in Playground alongside allergies, medical conditions, dietary requirements etc. There is an icon and shortcut to this info in Xplor Office but educators can't access this via the app. We recently had a compliance visit from the department, and this is something we were found uncompliant on as the educators weren't able to show the department up to date & complete medical information based purely on the fact the app doesn't show 'medications'.

For the photos in observations to be in a printable layout because you can only currently print and see 1/3 of an each photo. Perhaps with a few options to choose a layout and different sized photos, or to only print out certain ones wanted. Eg. nine or twelve clear photos on a page with the observation description, without side tags or anything I print observations with their photos to put them up around the classroom and to place into their own end of year portfolios, so this would be practical, time saving, and greatly beneficial. An area for staffing within Playground to replace our closed Employee Only Facebook page... discussion area that allows posts and comments to keep topic threads together space to upload documents (staffing policies, regs/law/standards/framework info, educational programming and professional development information) Critical Reflection Question Area (we do this weekly) Calendar where professional development dates, staff meetings etc. can be added. This could be tied in to the existing rostering program? We currently use Facebook for educator discussions and Deputy for our rostering but are looking to move everything to one platform, especially in line with the new right to disconnect laws. Sometimes when we open Playground an educator is already signed in. Because it’s already open we don’t think to exit to the dashboard and make sure we’re signed in on our account, we just automatically update. This can lead to nappy changes, meal times, posts being updated under a different educator’s name. This isn’t a huge issue but it would be great if there was something somewhere on the screen that said which educator’s account is signed in when we’re updating something. This could help us to remember to exit to the dashboard and sign in on our own account if needed.
