Hi, we would like to have a space for parents to sign and give permission for medicines needed to be taken. This would allow us to go paper less. Currently, medicine paper forms are still used as playground has no feature to support children that need to take medicine and a space for parents to give permission. Thank you.

When completing an incident report, is it possible to add an additional signature in the acknowledgment section beyond the current three: 1. Educator 2. Parent 3. Witness Specifically, I’m wondering if a Director or Nominated Supervisor signature can be included in this section. Thank you.

Illness forms have a section for high temps to be logged every 10 minutes, this will allow anyone to log in and see how fevers are progressing while waiting for parents to pick up.

When completing headcounts, it becomes confusing when children who are booked in and those who are signed in appear on the same list. This is especially problematic during Before School Care, when a full headcount is required at 7am. For example, although 60 children may be booked in, only 17 may have actually signed in by that time. This makes it difficult to accurately identify who is present, often requiring us to visually scan the list which increases the risk of missing a name. Relying on children to confirm whether their name was called is not a safe or reliable solution and ultimately poses a safety issue within our service Additionally, this process creates extra work, as we then have to cross-check the headcount with the playground sign-in records which ultimately defeats the purpose of having a streamlined headcount system. It would be extremely helpful to have separate tabs on the headcount page that allow us to switch between children who are signed in and those who are booked in.

It needs to have a save feature that allows you to add menu items to the list and permanently saves it so we can click on it next time that item is on the menu. Our menu items are lengthy and would save the Educators a lot of time.

Incident reports to be made visible to parent upon signing out their children. Parents are requested to sign incident reports BEFORE signing out their child. Head Injury reports needed on app. Incident reports need to be categorized into rooms

We would really like it if parents could invite family and friends to view their child's profile. Have one parent as manager who invites grandparents etc to view a child's pictures etc. Other apps do this and our parents & educators really like it.

Can you please add a responsible person acknowledgement and signature on the incident reports, not only the educator, parent and witness. Thank you
