Contacts - Streamline Process so that they can be listed as a contact across multiple accounts. Eg; a parent might have their own child at the service, but also be listed as a contact for a friend or niece or nephew. They need to be able to set up the Mobile and Pin to sign out on behalf of these other children. At the moment you have to add +1 or different mobile numbers. It would be great if this sytsem can be better, so that any child that they are added as a contact for - Will link under the contact and appear when they use credentials.

It's ridiculous that this is even an issue in the first place and worse that it hasn't been sorted. People should not need a different email address and phone number.
OSHC
This has been a big problem for our centre from our first week of Migrations as we have many families who are contacts for each other at OSHC, Shared Care Families are also upset about this as the other parent needs to be setup as a Contact and separate login credentials to collect their child.

Fully agreed and supporting this idea, I have lots of trouble setting this up for family who was authorized to be the emergency contact person to pick up but it is so hard and troublesome to set up the account for them, it is very frustrating for us and the parents, this need to be fixed asap

Absolutely something that should be fixed. We are a small OSHC service and have a number of contacts across accounts as they are family members or parents of school friends.
