we are an oshc service and have 4 sign ins each afternoon with a prep/1-3/4-6 and a second school we cater to. seperate rolls for each would be a quicker, more reliable and safer option especially for out other school students as we are not able to quickly mark that we have them at the other school and are having to scroll through the whole roll as well as not knowing the different schools on the roll. i realise we are an exception to other services but this would be a much safer way to make sure we have all the children from the other service to head back.

We need to be able to split the roll by grade, within a Room in the Playground app.

I have spoken to some support and training people at Xplor about this and they always suggest creating different "Rooms" for the different grade groups. Please see why this is not a viable option for OOSH services.

I am from an OOSH service and we have 200-260 children to sign in each afternoon. All children are coming to our service from different areas within the school grounds to sign into OOSH and share the same play space for the afternoon.

-+- Our legal capacity is set for the room/session, and there can be variance between what portion of the roll is taken up by a "grade group". This means I cannot simply create a different room for each grade group with a set capacity. I understand that I can now adjust the capacity easily, but it will take parent booking requests being denied to notify me that I need to (continuously) adjust the room capacity to accommodate the bookings.

-+- When conducting a headcount I need all children signed into care to be on the same list. This is the same for supporting emergency procedures.

-+- Signing children in via playground, with no roll filter option for grade groups means children need to be individually searched through a list of 200+ names and the system gets slow with so much data to load each time you submit. It is essential we get children signed in as quickly as possible so we can flag any missing children, as a matter of child protection and safety. It currently takes 25-30mins to get children signed in which is too long if we are having to find missing children.

We already have multiple staff signing in at one time to help save time, however the system struggles when more than 2 staff are signing in, once again just from the large loading times and submission times, that sometimes time-out and we have to select the children again.

Please can we have a feature where we can edit the order the children appear in the sign in section. it would be helpful to order them in age rather than by first name.

Please consider adding tiles for children in Playground (much like QikKids Kiosk did). Having one (very long) vertical list, as we do for our Vacation Care services (75 children per day) is painful - and although the search function helps, it doesn't make for good 'at-a-glance' visibility for your room.

Please add the child class field on the attendance tab so we can readily see the classes/schools children are in to better ensure we are able to follow up with them and have them sign in.

Allow for a filter that organizes children's names via last names. Also a toolbar that has the alphabet so you can skip to a letter rather than constantly scrolling for names. When you have over 100 children this can be a tedious task which. We were quicker at marking the roll via paper rather than the way it is structured now.
