Xplor Feature Requests

We would like to request being able to go back through children's learning posts and view posts from past years. Currently we can only scroll back in chronological order. We would like to be able to scroll back and view posts from 2022 at once. Ideally, we could also scroll back through years child by child.

The option for Admin to download Playground Observation Photos from other educators. I can view others posts and photos but I am unable to save / download photos from the post that we would like to use in other areas.

I think that a parent/guardian should have to confirm a sign-in or out by an educator BEFORE they are able to sign their child in/out again. Our previous software provider had this feature and we had hardly any parents "Forgetting". After all parents/guardians signing their child into and out of our care is a legal requirement.

adding an "undo" button, particularly in the tables tab as when selecting text the pop up menu appears and the "delete column" is often accidentally selected, resulting in a lot of work deleted that we can't currently "undo" and get back. Either adding an undo button or removing the drop down menu and putting those options elsewhere.

Since the latest update we are unable to upload more than 5MB which is inconvenient when sharing newsletters and other helpful information. We used Xplor Playground as the main source of communicating these types of documents and we are unable to do this now. Printing newsletters for a centre of 150 children is just not sustainable or practical. Please change limit size

Tables- Columns delete or content deletes by itself when you click into tables. If you press the wrong button you cannot refresh back as it automatically saves.

Could we please add the feature to delete documentation instead of just archiving. Archiving is messy and sometimes a documentation is created by accident, and we would like to be able to delete it.

Is it possible to have a function where you can undo something in Tables like Word does? For example: If the system glitched and deleted your work, you could have a function to go back and it replaces everything you did.

Information should be able to be added to an incident report after it has been signed by an educator. Often times there are multiple version of an incident and more information should be able to be added as it comes to light. Also I find that if a parent/guardian wasn't contacted due to the incident it shows on the report that contact was unsuccessfull which is not correct in all cases either.
