Xplor Feature Requests

There should be a feature to automatically turn off access to Xplor to educators after hours. This would assist with a better work life balance and promote a child safe culture in line with new/current recommendations from the New Model Code around access to images and videos of children.

When a non-parent, such as a step-parent signs a child in and out a notification is sent to the other parents that 'Parent NAME' signed in CHILD NAME. This can be very upsetting to families in a high conflict situation. The step-parent is listed as such but the notifications still say Parent. This causes a lot of issues for services and families. If the term Carer or Authorised Person was used instead it would be very helpful.

It would be great if parents have the option to enroll multiple children on the one form, to assist families with more than one child

Some families forget to sign in and/or out. It would be great to be able to do a bulk sign in or out on the master roll when these are missed. Not all of our educators have access to Office or the App and it needs to be done the day after by management. The ability to do it in bulk would be beneficial.

When you need to make a Primary Carer Change because the other parent becomes the CRN holder etc. allow you to select the change and Xplor transfer the required financials extra in the background

be able to set up auto generated parents account statement and send to parents weekly

It would be great if when accepting holiday leave that it would change to the holiday discount instead of having to double handle and go back in and add the leave after accepting.

Having the capacity to action bulk sign-ins and outs via the master roll as an Xplor Admin. This will help our team ensure rolls are complete each week for CCS submissions.

create a report to run to see where the children's absent day entitlements are sitting and if they are close to 42 so we can notify parents.
