Xplor Feature Requests

Provide an option to retain an exact copy of each statement as originally issued to the parent. Ensure that copies of statements and Statements of Entitlement are automatically CC’d to, or sent directly to, the centre’s email address whenever they are sent to families.

Providers have asked for automation to be built into Office that the first child listed with an Extra Day Request be automatically approved to fill the space if one becomes available. The current issue providers have is, if their rooms are full, children will be placed in the notification bell/booking manager under a booking request. If a spot was to become available, any family can login to Home App and secure that booking. This means children who have applied for that day are not prioritised to secure the bookings. It's a frustrating process for many providers.

Currently the booking window enable families to book in at the services discretion 1-18months. I have had several services that have asked if it is possible to change this to a date instead. EG for OSHC - bookings until the end of the term. Bookings until the end of the current calendar year. The 1-18months does not align with their family booking window offering and is causing additional admin work to delete bookings made outside of the scope.

Customers have cancellations rules based on Casual or Recurring sessions as well as age/room specific requirements. The ability to broaden how our booking cancellation feature works to enable specific logic to cater to all different scenarios would be incredibly advantageous.

The reports adds in children that are on RA agreements. They are not required to sign a CWA agreement of on an RA. Can child on this arrangement be removed from the report?

If a child has a current booking since the start of the year however only becomes eligible during the year (after commencement of the program) a separate date effective and new program needs to be created. I would appreciate an 'as from' checkbox be created to enable a child to be toggled on part way through the program rather than a new program be created.

A simple report showing the status of ACCS determiniations and expiry dates.

put in an eligible from date for new children that join a kinder program later on. For now there is nothing and they need to create a whole new program with the correct dates to attach the child to.

Under the new kindy funding you need to put ACTUAL hrs the child attended the program each week for the reporting period. Is there a simpler report other than doing Individual chn each week on the Attendancne Summary report where you can find how many ACTUAL hours the child Attended the kindy program per week. Using the summary report and print each individual child per week for 10 weeks is VERY labour intensive.
