Xplor Feature Requests

Rostering Feature - we have been tyring to utilise it for our OSHC services and some feedback we have received are: 1- PDF size of roster calendar for larger services • Can it omit weekends as all our services are not open weekends • Term-time we have come up with the fix of printing a BSC and ASC roster in services that offer both sessions 2- Educators on shift can only sign in within 15 minutes of their shifts 3- When a last-minute change has to occur and the coordinator cannot make the necessary changes in Office any educators not listed should be able to sign in Ad Hoc? 4- When you export timesheets to be used for payroll purposes any leave does not show up to be included.

Please make the medical conditions have a similar drop-down menu like the Allergies section has

add spell check to office and playground!

Please have office available as an app so Admins or the Supervisors can have access to office.

So many times incorrect entries have been made to the Master Roll because staff were previously working on a future week. The date at the top of the page can simply be highlighted Green to represent the current week and Orange to represent you are not working in the current week.

When a family provides enrolment paperwork for a sibling, emergency contacts don't come across or are unable to be linked (like we are able to with the parents/guardians) and we need to copy and paste from the first child to the new sibling which takes time. Can you do the same thing so it is less of a double up and also less chance of error.

To be able to edit waitlist information such as names and days they require. We have long waitlists and parent often want to change/update their information. We should also be able to delete or archive duplicate waitlist forms, so they no longer show on our screen, especially those who no longer require care and dont want to be on the waitlist. we have had a family complete a waitlist form 3 times as she thinks this will get her in quicker, it then gets stuck in our system and clogs everything up, having the same child so mamy times.

We need to be able to filter the casual requests by the date they are for, not just the date they are requested. We have just had families request dates throughtout the christmas holidays aswell as some that had requested for upcoming dates and they all blend into one when looking through them!

I would like to request a feature in Xplor that keeps the immunisation history alert for children visible until I manually mark it as resolved. Currently, the system shows expiring immunisation statements for a short while. However, I would like these alerts to remain active until an updated immunisation statement is uploaded for the child and the action is completed by the user. This feature would help ensure that no immunisation updates are missed and that the centre remains compliant with immunisation requirements.
