On the updated Xplor Hub - parents will now be able to use a numeric keyboard when entering their phone number and access code. If you do not see this update, please refresh your device.

Albert - Xplor: Hi Albert, the keypad on the hub lags very badly. Is there a way for Xplor to speed up the touch response or is this individual iPad settings?

Salise Arnold: Hi Salise, the keypad should be working quickly. Does the lag occur as you are pressing the numbers?

Parents feedback: parent upset that when they go to sign in their 4 digit hub pin the alphabet keypad comes up instead of the number keypad. He said that he works in IT and this is a very easy issue to fix.

I would also like to add that it should be a numeric keyboard sign in and PIN - the qwerty keyboard is only required for initial signup, so the majority of sign ins are numerical anyway
