Waitlist Master Roll

It would be great to have a separate version of the Master Roll that is separate to the 'Active' Master Role where you could plan for children who are on the waitlist and see how they could fit in to the current Master Roll. Organising enrolments is a huge puzzle so it would be great to have a way to organise and experiment with waitlist children on a mock Master Roll.

Use Booking Request as Automatic Wait List

The booking request feature as it currently stands causes more problems than it solves.
It would work a lot better if you could enable it to be a wait list function instead that automatically adds the earliest request to the roll when a space becomes available. It would be necessary to send a notification to families when they were then added to the roll, and even better if they were given the option to accept or decline this addition so that if they had made alternative arrangements it could be passed straight along to the next person.
Additionally, having a cut-off time to auto-add bookings would be needed to make this function work.
At the very least we need to be able to either disable the booking request function without stopping available bookings as it is very confusing for both families and educators.

Waitlist for existing families

To have a function where existing families that are waiting on picking up extra days for their child are added and in order of first in best dressed. When we are at 100% occupancy we have our own internal waitlist. If Xplor was able to create that feature, it can then all be in one place.

At the moment, families can put booking requests in with as much notice as they can provide, but often the day is still full at the time the request comes in. Rather than have a booking request sitting there until you can see availability for the day, or reject it and start a list yourself somewhere of families interested in that day if it becomes available, it would be great to have the option to 'waitlist' a request. This would mean the booking request comes up under a new heading on the Master Roll, either as options on the day, or next to Payments and CCS entitlements under the notification bell. Then, if a space becomes available you can just accept the first booking request on the list for that day. Bonus if the family can be informed that their booking request has been waitlisted and they will be notified if/as soon as a place becomes available.

The current booking feature really isn't functional for OOSH/VC. Something like this would at least streamline the bookings process.
When a booking request comes through, having the option to reject, accept or add to waitlist would be fantastic. Then this could occur from the waitlist sessions requested (or manually added to a waitlist by the Centre).

this would be very helpful for days we are full and need to have a waitlist, currently we have a spreadsheet but this can get messy if forgotten to update. in Qikkids you used to be able to pencil in a booking that was needed but not book it until you had a spot and i loved this feature.
