As a service director/administrator, I would like a dedicated section in the Xplor Home App where I can upload and store static PDF files such as:
-Centre Philosophy
-Parent Handbooks
-Current Policies and Procedures
-Risk Assessments
* Currently, we have to share these via the Comms Centre (Timeline) or as learning "Documents". These are timeline-based, meaning they eventually get buried as new posts are added. New families often have to scroll for a long time to find essential orientation documents.
The Desired Solution:
We need a static tab (similar to the "Useful Documents" folder in Owna). This tab should allow administrators to:
Categorise files into folders (e.g., "Medical Forms," "Policies," "Handbooks").
Directly upload PDFs from Office or Playground rather than creating documents from scratch.
Ensure permanent access for all tagged families so these resources are always one tap away in the "Care" or "Account" section of the Home App.
