Staffing Area within Playground

An area for staffing within Playground to replace our closed Employee Only Facebook page...
- discussion area that allows posts and comments to keep topic threads together
- space to upload documents (staffing policies, regs/law/standards/framework info, educational programming and professional development information)
- Critical Reflection Question Area (we do this weekly)
- Calendar where professional development dates, staff meetings etc. can be added.
- This could be tied in to the existing rostering program?
We currently use Facebook for educator discussions and Deputy for our rostering but are looking to move everything to one platform, especially in line with the new right to disconnect laws.

Yes I agree, we currently are still using storypark where we opened an extra room called 'Staff Room' for all messages just to staff, when we switch over to Playground we will need to have this avenue too.

Yes totally agree. We currently use hard copy memos to inform staff but this does not align with our sustainability policy. A secure staff only communication area in playground would be a wonderful solution for us

This would be a valuable feature in Playground, to have everything for staff on the one platform. Streamline communications.
