It would be great if the parents can receive a notification directly to them, when their xPay Direct Debit rejects. Perhaps a 'bounce back' notification, or a 'payment unsuccessful' notification. Automated when the payment is unsuccessful. This would also correspond to the service notification of a rejected transfer.

Will - Xplor: Agree with Hayley Connell. The original request now marked COMPLETE is for a notification on the Xplor Home App, not in Office. Having the notification in both (at the same time!) would be perfect.

Any news on an unsuccessful direct debit notification on the Xplor App for parents??? Parents are already able to self-manage bookings, absences, instant payments etc so it makes sense to include this feature to help make them more accountable. If they were notified in real time of unsuccessful direct debits- they could make an additional payment asap. For example if they do an instant payment by 12pm in the same day they could perhaps avoid the $19.95 dishonour fee?? It would minimise the admin load when we have 200 + families to monitor.
