When a parent supplies a reason for the absence? Not from the dropdown box, but details why i.e. child didn't sleep. Once we select the default reason, the information is deleted and can't be found. I believe we need to have the parents explanation recorded against the absence as most select "No CCS reason supplied" although they did provide a description. Is this something you could look at
