Re-enrollment field pre-population

Only some (but not all) fields are currently being pre-populated on re-enrolment forms. This forces families unnecessarily enter data that has previously been provided. All fields should be pre-populated where that data has already been captured.

Could you please update the re-enrolment form so as it is pre-filled with ALL the child / family information. It is very hard to get families to complete when they are having to re-enter the same details as previously provided.

I am still waiting to hear back from Support about this issue. This year, the second Parent/Guardian section was blank on the re-enrolment forms and many families submitted the form without filling it in. We then had to contact each of these families to confirm that the second Parent was able to remain set up in Xplor. Very time consuming and frustrating. I have had no response from Xplor as to why this has happened.
