Improvement:

I would like to suggestion to make the QRCode sign in more responsive and seamless to the parent, whose children are in Multiple services. So they are not having to "Change Centre".

I would assume the QRCode is unique. So when the parent (user) scans the QRCode using their mobile app, the app should automatically/seamlessly Change Centres for them.

In other words, the QRCode should be the authority enough to determine that parent is linked to more than one Centre. The QRCode being scanned at the Centre is associated with that Centre.

This 'improvement' would be a Wow! Less mucking around.

In the other hand it would be seamless to the parent (user) and just work without them realising a step has now been removed to Change Centre everytime.

To maintain a competitive edge in the software development market. Adaptive, responsive, simple and clean, and in this case 'seamless' should be the objective here. The less the enduser has to do, less clicks, the better. The enduser has no interest in how it works, but how easy the software is to use. Parents and Staff.
