When you need to make a Primary Carer Change because the other parent becomes the CRN holder etc. allow you to select the change and Xplor transfer the required financials extra in the background

Please change your online enrolment form so that when parents add another carer it is quite clear that they are not the CCS Holder. It even asks for their CRN which is a bit silly since they are not the "primary carer". Also Perhaps change the title in the enrolment form from Primary Carer to Primary Carer/CCS Holder or something

There have been many occasions when parents are in a rush and do not read out Emails properly about Parent 1/Account Holder being the CCS Holder. It then becomes 'another task' to have the Parents switched over so that everything runs as it should. If this process could be streamlined and made more simple at service level, it would save a lot of hassle.
