For the Playground app to have a chat/communication feature. So that educators in the room can send parents a quick message (John needs more nappies), (Sarah settled in really well this morning after you left) without having to call, use a centre mobile or make a whole post.

These could be created like the rooms; so every educator accesses the same 'chat' with the individual parents (but the parents only see one chat room). This would prevent educators from sending personal messages that aren't work appropriate as anyone can access the chat.
