The current use of Xplor is very Early Learning based, OSHC doesn't need monitoring for nappy changes and the time frames we need to set for our booking rules are very difficult especially if you have different rooms and multiple children families

We need something that lets us pick Before or after school care and also doesn't have the extra Long Day Care stuff, a basic OSHC App is all thats needed

OSHC parents do not need sleep/soiling/meal features. A simple app to clearly book BC or AC with time periods pre-set.

It would be great as part of this if one of the sections could be our upcoming program. That way families booking in could see what we have planned for the day. While this would be great always, at the very least in vacation care it would be especially useful.

I would also like for the booking rules to include grades instead of ages, as we run on a split timetable across grades and the children who are in grades two and three often overlap in ages. This means that some families are able to book their child into either session when they should only be able to book into one.

Hi Aleisha,
"Open" means that we are still leaving this open and looking for more feedback (in the way of comments & votes).
In this particular case, we are doing App Permissions work in Playground so this could be moved to "Under Review" soon. However, we'd like to leave it open to facilitate participation until then.

We also need the ability to hide/toggle playground tabs and features on or off as required. As a large provider of multiple care types not all care types require the same features. OSHC does not legislatively require the sunscreen, toileting, sleep, food & nutrition tracking. An ability to simplify this and meet requirements to ensure we are optimising our use and not over complicating the processes.

I agree, OSHC is recognised as an entity in itself with very different operational needs to Early Learning. An OSHC App would be extremely helpful most particularly relating to our BSC, ASC timeframes and then Vacation Care being full day operations. Thank you.

We are in desperate need for this update.

Especially for parents to have the ability to choose from BSC and ASC. The amount of confusion and trouble it causes because it does not differentiate and parents do understand the selecting of hours.
