Ability for an educator to save a draft observation and come back later to finish this (after logging back into their account) on a different device

Could Educators be able to start a journal and save it as a draft then be able to continue it on the playground web and also for other Educators to be able to see other Educators drafts and can edit them as well

Can look for drafts on different device from their own account

Can you include that once 'drafted' it can then be accessed by another device, i.e. upload photos on the tablet, save as draft, open it in the laptop to type the rest of the story. Educators are having trouble accessing observations as they are in different rooms.

We have one ipad per room, and tend to save drafts on the ipad as soon as we take meaningful photos of the children during the day. Though when we go on programming we cannot take the ipad due to staff in the room needing to document childrens information. We use laptops but then are not able to access the drafts saved from the ipad. It would be so helpful if you were able to streamline this and include this in an update to ensure we can complete our programming efficiently :) Thanks.

I feel that its quite impractical for drafts not to be available across devices and platforms. Educator’s may not always have access to the particular device when they have time to finish off work, ie. Multiple educators in the room have time to work on their paperwork but the room shares one device so they cannot access drafts. Also, it would be handy to start the ob on the tablet as we use these to take the photos and then be able to jump on a laptop to finish it – for the same above reason the tablet may be being used by someone else. Just my thoughts from how we work- I’m sure many centres would not be able to provide a device to each educator so that they could access their work when they have the time.

To be able to start draft observations on the playground app that can be later viewed in Web without having to publish to parents first.

Saving drafts with writing and photos to view and edit on any device PLEASE!!

Could educator’s draft please be made visible on all devices and not just the one it was completed on? Sometimes educators don’t have the opportunity to go back into the original room to complete their observation.

Also too would be helpful if Admin could see drafts to monitor if educators need support.
