Multiple Selections for Nappy Change

It would be great to be able to select multiple toilet/nappy requirements when changing a nappy.
Example: Can not select wet nappy and then toilet attempt.
Cannot select wet nappy and applied nappy cream. It is either one or the other.
It would be great for the parents to see what is actually happening at each nappy change.

You can now select multiple events when logging a Toileting event in Playground App.

This would be super useful! Very common in our toddler environments to have a wet/soiled nappy in addition to a toilet attempt, and not being able to select nappy cream when adding in a wet/soiled nappy is a big hassle

Would also be good to be able to edit the time as when doing multiple nappy changes for multiple children by the time you get a chance to record this in Xplor an hour or more has gone by, would enable us to keep our records accurate.
