Under the new kindy funding you need to put ACTUAL hrs the child attended the program each week for the reporting period. Is there a simpler report other than doing Individual chn each week on the Attendancne Summary report where you can find how many ACTUAL hours the child Attended the kindy program per week. Using the summary report and print each individual child per week for 10 weeks is VERY labour intensive.

You have to ask your Provider to give you Super Admin Access to enable the report which shows Actual Hours. The report is in no order but I have just put through a request to add a filter for classes. Hope this helps. Thanks Sara
