The Keypad is very slow responding to the users touch when they login with their credentials (Mobile number and PIN). I suggest removing the animation each time the user touches a number, it flashes. The animation needs to complete before the user can touch/click the next number.

When you have 20 parents arrive at the same time. They all need to log their child into the service, its slow and painful. The animations on the keypad are unnecessary.

A quick and responsive app, out weighs pretty animations.
