Another software has head counts as a field where you put in a number and if that number matches the current number of children it marks as complete. If it doesn't match it prompts a roll call. This was very beneficial as it wasn't as time consuming but was still very effective.

It needs to include an educator count as well so that it can be used as a ratio check.
