Yes, I’ve been requesting this from DS for a while, but all we receive is a weekly rejection report. This means we have to contact all the parents by text or email, which is a lengthy process.

This would be a great service to the families. People are busy and just think their fees are getting paid. Staff could focus on so many other things instead of emailing and ring families when their fees have not been paid!

Yes great idea. Currently I'm asking Directors to ring/email from the notifications but not all have time for this then it can be up to 7 days later when I send the reminder letter.
