the current enrolment form allows parents to submit the enrolment form without both known parents to the child being listed. It is important that part of regulation 160 that each known carer to the child be listed on the enrolment form. As such we are having to chase parents to redo the enrolment form as this part is being missed. can it be that both parents are mandatory fields and that if a parent is a single parent it removes the need for the second parent by ticking a box.
hope this makes sense as the current way it is being completed is wrong!!
