When changes are made to the master roll e.g. attendance times, fee etc, after a session has been submitted to CCS it would be helpful if this triggered an auto-resubmission in Xplor. Often educators make changes but do not think to resubmit to CCS.

Any changes made within the last 14 days are automatically submitted each Friday when automatic submission occur in Office

Training Team This needs to address ALL changes, not just the last 14 days, otherwise changes to sessions prior to the last 14 days could be missed.

Alternatively a warning message to remind the user to resubmit the sessions would be another option when making changes to a session that has already been submitted for processing. OR a pop-up screen like the one for automatically creating a CCS Enrolment for a new booking, would be good.

If auto-resubmission was not possible, a report that identifies, on a weekly basis, the discrepancies between the sessions recorded on the master roll and the sessions recorded on the CCS submissions screen, would be an efficient way to track any of these missed resubmissions so that they could be manually corrected. This report should be able to be run over a requested time period.
