QK Enrol had a function (Casual Booking Calendar) which allowed families enrolled at a service to see using the MFL App if their was a vacancy available in a program on a particular day. It was colour coded red program was full, green a vacancy existed. This would be very helpful for both families and staff who now have to sort through all the requests for casual bookings on a particular day.
