Archive Expired Documents

When expired attachments have been tended to, it would be great to be able to archive these, so that they remain in the system (for evidence) but out of the way, so it is easier to see what attachments are current/next to expire.

I think this would be very handy especially for action plans, as you would not want to accidentally follow an old action plan for a child. If it could be archived to a different page or tab in the child profile, this would avoid any possible error
