Currently when a head count is done it will show for example 8/19. Not all 19 children were present at the time of the head count. The system should only reflect the children who are present at the time ie. 8/8 so as educators know they have sighted all 8 children who are currently signed in. As it is at the moment can look like they have only sighted 8/19 children.
