If the Child's and parents DOB and CRN were the first things to be entered they could be cross checked in the system before the enrolment went further. We have a few split accounts so it would need to cross check both primary carer CRN and child, not just the child's details.

The duplicate and inactive children that are too old to return effect families in the Home app where they are not sure which child profile to sign in, and obviously our reports at an office level too. This must be a priority for Xplor. I am not a programmer, but perhaps there could be another profile section for "Archived" and duplicate child and even duplicate parent records could go there when marked as "archive" in the system. There could even be a reason for the archive such as "duplicate" or "aged out of service" for reporting consistency. When they are archived, they cannot be viewed in the Xplor Home app, and are not on any reports.

I think it would be beneficial for all service to have an archieve section for families whom have finished at the service or whom no longer attend. These families could just be an added folder and removed from your general view on a daily basis allowing the current families to be viewed. Currently if your viewing the parent statements all families are viewed unless you choose a category. For confidentially purposes or changing of management it would be beneficial for them to move to a different section.

Children who have finished care and are past the age of returning, could there be a archive button or option that we could use so they don't come up in the Service list of families/children but if needed we could still create a list of them i.e. for governing bodies to meet the records are kept for 25 years.

I have asked the same question. This is really important and makes perfect sense. I hope this becomes high priority to become a feature asap

I even have a parent who created and enrolment in her name, then again in her child's name....twice.
